Quadrafire 1200i convection blower?

I checked my snap disc with a flame and multimeter and it works fine. My blower works fine when I jump it out and it blasts heat. Why when I connect the 2 purple wires back to the snap disc my blower wont kick on????? I heated the snap disc #1 with 2 purple wires up and blower kicks on. Why is my internal portion of stove not getting hot enough to trigger snap disc #1

Snap disc could be bad, the direct flame might be tripping at a hotter temp that its supposed to go off at.

Besides that, ask insulates, so clean out the entire firebox very well especially the area where the disc is.
