We've had our pellet stove since 2013, no problems until we replaced the fans two years ago, both exhaust and blower.
The replacement fans seized up after 1 season, rusted solid.
Quadrafire warrantied the fans and replaced them in fall of 2024, but the replacements froze up again in the spring after not using the stove for a few weeks.

We haven't made any changes to our house since getting the stove in 2013, not sure why it was fine for almost 10 years and now the replacement fans are rusting solid so quickly. Desperately trying to figure this out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
