This is how it goes. Turn up thermostat, it kicks on, auger dumps pellets, glow, ignition burns until out of initial pellets, goes out. Hit reset, dumps, lights, burn out. It never gets the follow up auger dumps to continue on its own. What does this sound like it needs? Any help is appreciated!

I have cleaned it the best I know how. I do have a manual and I replace the thermo coupler and it still does the exact same thing. It is the Castile, not sure what model. It was installed around 1999. I have had the house 6 years and have not had any issues except the door seal and have replace it also. Since what it is doing is so specific I thought maybe someone would know a simple answer that I might be able to fix before I track down someone I have to pay to do it. I hope that helps.

Check that the thermocouple is touching the end of the ceramic tube.

Check the door seal, open door place a dollar bill between door and stove close and latch door try to pull bill out, do this all the way around door bill should pull out with some resistance.

Jump vacuum switch, unplug stove remove wires from vacuum switch, connect wires together with a jumper wire or paperclip, tape wires to make sure they do not touch frame of stove. Plug stove back in and try to start.
