Quietest Breckwell combustion blower (A-E-027)?

I need to replace the combustion blower on my Breckwell Big E. I'm looking for the quietest combustion blower available (aftermarket, etc.).

The big E is right in my small living room and the current blower has a loud whine to it (tried oiling, no change).
