When doing a deep cleaning on my Francesca, I have the two port covers on either side which are about 2 x 3 with spring bolt retainers. Below each of these covers are smaller plates, about 1 x 2, which are bolted on and seem to be sealed with red silicone. These two smaller covers do not show up on my schematic. Do they need to be removed for complete cleaning? They seem like they will need to be prayed off then resealed. Thanks for any help.

I don't remove the lower ones just the uppers, but since I have started to use the LBT I found that does a good job and no longer need to pull anything apart.
