I've got a Englander Imperial 55-TRPIP (2014) that is out of warranty and giving me a bit of trouble in a rental property.

The auger motor hasn't been turning and it's been hard to find someone local to help service it.

We replaced the auger motor, but no luck. Then I finally found a guy to work on it. He found the motor is fine, but suspects the board is the issue.

I've ordered a new one, but I'd like to reset the one I have in the meantime, just to see if it starts up.

We can't get through to tech support to figure out the code to reboot the control board. Does anyone know what it is for this model & year?

Actually, I got a quick response from the company via email. Assuming this process is for this model & year only.

WARNING!! The the company strongly recommends talking to tech support to ensure that everything is in proper order before resetting the control board. Do this at your own risk.

To reset the control board (55-TRPIP 2014)

1. Unplug the stove and plug back in.

2. Quickly press all three bottom buttons at the same time and let go (low fuel feed, low burn air, air on temp.)

3. If done correctly you should see F S appear on the control board.

4. Unplug the stove and plug back in.

5. Quickly press the up and down arrow on the blower speed at the same time and let go.

6. If done correctly there will be a number that displays in the heat range window.

7. Should be number 4

8. If not press both down arrows at the same time or both up arrows depending which way the number needs to go.
