Question:

We have a 10-15 year old Hearthstone (medium size) and the inside baffles, air intake tube and damper have all been severely damaged and we would like to replace them. Can we get the parts to repair this (if so, please send us a parts list),and do you know the name of a local technician who might rebuild it? Appreciate your help or any info you have on it. Is it still made in Vermont?

Answer:

You can visit HearthStones site at http://www.hearthstonestoves.com to find the name of a dealer nearby. They can probably help find the parts and someone to rebuild the stove. You can also email HearthStone if the dealers are unable to help.
