Had our 2nd (yes, 2nd!) ci2600 installed recently and was wondering if anyone has input on the following: 1. the main damper lever, the one on the lower left, seems to slide open and shut way too easily. It almost seems like nothing is happening. Is there supposed to be some tension when sliding left and right? We are definitely getting way to much draft. There seems to be no noticeable change to the flame when we slide the primary damper closed from left to right. Does not seem right, wondering if we need to have installer back to look at it.

did they install the restrictor plate on it?

The air intake lever on our new CI2600 (manufactured Oct 2016) is also very easy to move with no resistance. The fact that you see a noticeable change in the flame indicates that it controls the air.
