Hello!
I recently had a warranty claim for my catalytic combustor after a few years of operation. Reading around this was probably expected for how often we burn.
Anyways, Regency determined that my entire unit falls under a warranty claim, not just the catalytic combustor.
That was a surprise...
Anyway, my question is... how easy it is to remove the old unit and install the new one myself? The liner is already installed by the company that put in the original. They would come out to install the new unit as well, but would charge a fee for doing so. Wondering what I would be getting myself into trying to change out the unit myself. Are there any risks associated with this?
Thanks!
