Hi, I have a waterford erin and I need to replace the Air Duct Backplate. Can anyone tell me how this piece is removed, it is not apparent form the manual drawings. Do Ineed to remove the Secondary Air Duct Backplate..? Are these plates removed from inside the stove or do I need to get at the back..??

Any help would be greatly apprciated...Johnny
