Have a small Craftsman Chainsaw with a 16 bar. (About 6 years old)
It starts and runs fine after a few minutes, but when I take my finger of the trigger, the chain still runs.....doesn't seem to want to stop.
I'm thinking it might be a quick adjustment, but thought I would ask the experts first before me tinkering :)

Thanks.

If your idle isn't set too high it's prolly the opposite of rich, ie running lean. If it's running rich it'll smoke a bit. If it's lean it won't, plus it'll idle faster and run hotter.

Thanks for the info. Going to have a project of it over the weekend.
