Sar Biomass Super Rocket 800

I purchased a SAR Biomass Super Rocket 800 and really need help figuring this thing out. I need a manual or PDF?? I want this thing to work. I think I also need parts any and all info on how to get someone to look at or work on my heater would be helpful. No one that sells stoves in my 40 mile radius will help as they don’t have time to help me as I didn’t buy their product.

I also have an Error as soon as it fires up HF04.
