I have a Scandia 315 that does not have glass in the front doors. I would like to add glass in them but do not know how. I took the solid plates out of the door hoping that it was 2 pieces. Frame and solid insert. It is one solid piece. Is it possible to add glass to this model?

Thanks

Could be possible. They would need to be custom cut and gasketed. Ceramic glass must be used. You would create a template that fits well and then send or bring it to the glass shop. If you have this done locally be sure to ask for Robax or NeoCeram. This site will do it mail-order: https://www.onedayglass.com/

Note that this stove does not have an airwash for the glass so the windows could be perpetually blackened.
