Are you having trouble with it or do you have a failed set of digital controls?
I believe you can purchase new digital controls and a combustion fan and solenoid from W.W. Grainger easily.
What specifically are you having trouble with if anything?

Rick designed all his boilers to be numb, dumb and stupid and easy to repair with basic controls. The big boss man and little boss man were designed with simplicity and fire box protection in mind where the standard firebrick could be easily replaced the rear of the boiler could be cleaned by removing the rear panel and the smoke outlets cleaned.

The Evergreen Whispering Pine, Poderosa? and the Sequoyah models were designed with coal grates to burn anthracite coal, firewood and corn cobs. A single row of standard fire brick was installed vertically in channel iron on the sides and rear of the water filled fire box that allowed them to be easily replaced when or if they cracked.

The Miniboss and the Big Boss Man were designed with a fully firebrick lined firebox-the sides, end and top were fully lined with standard firebrick and the water tanks were behind the firebrick to protect them from the heat.

The firebrick was strapped in place with steel strap iron and secured with nuts and washers and the coal grates could be easily serviced and or replaced.
