OK So I finally installed my stove today but the addition is still not quite done. I will post pics when I get back from Puerto Rico.
I was reading the manual and can't find where it says how long the shutdown cycle runs for.

yep...the hotter the stove was burning, the longer the shut down will be, and vice versa
