I didn't want to start a new thread, but this site is really slow today. For the first time I see some slowness/waiting graphic on the upper right. Anyone else?

Moved to its own thread. I've noticed it too today.

My cable internet ect has gone wonky too. I tried to watch some golf, and ended up rebooting the little box. Then I just got finished rebooting my modem. Maybe it's a solar discharge from 8 minutes ago. Those photons are so slow.

Yes, could be an externality affecting the web in general.

This site, and some others really slow today too!

Speedtest.net says things are running smoothly but yes it’s noticeable today.

Nothing was working - it's 10pm AST now. I put a printer stand together as I was cut off from my gadgets.
I was on Reddit and others have issues and someone called:

"Just got off the phone with a rep. They said it's province wide and estimated time to fix is tomorrow at 6pm"

Then someone mentioned Microsoft issues??

I cannot believe how much I use my wifi internet. It's like your only car being busted if it's down. I could have used my phone I guess..
I never tried.

As far as I can tell from Reditt, Bell had some issue on PEI and it lasted for about 3 hours yesterday.

There also was some Microsoft issue a couple of days ago:

Microsoft 365 outage takes down admin center in North America (Feb 10 2026)

I'm not sure why others found the site slow in the USA yesterday.

There were several outages nationwide yesterday including an AWS server outage that may have been related. Seems to have been resolved. The site is working well for me today.
