Cross check the price including delivery if needed with Grizzly, I have a Grizzly 17" Similar construction as to the guts, but a full cabinet, support through them is likely much better than steel city. The drawer on the bottom of the open stand is a nice touch though. No price in the link so can't comment any further.
Price was at 700 through a woodworking supply store. I think it's 850 at home depot, 725 at sears. I haven't dealt with grizzly; seems like a great support network but I don't like ordering without seeing the product first. Here is one 17" they offer
