We have a Lange wood stove which needs a reducer that measures 4 5/8" (not sure what the metric measurement is) at the stove connection and increases to 6 " connection for the stove pipe. I don't seem to find any out there. Does anyone know where I can get one. We had one made by a local metal worker, but it's not a good fit.

Woodman parts has a listing for Lange. Call first to confirm it is the correct adapter. If that doesn't work, you might want to call Stove Parts Unlimited or Preston Trading Post to see if they have your part. This sounds similar to the 120 mm(?) start collar used on some Jotuls. The stoves I'm thinking of are the Jotul 602, which has an adapter collar that fits outside a mating flange on the stove and the Jotul 118.

4.625" = 117.475 mm, so 120 mm is probably the ticket. That leaves 2.525 mm slop, which is less than an 1/8" difference (.0995" if you want to be exact) or a .050 wide gap all the way around.
