Question:

I have a stove that has a solid door and the Lining, looks like insulation, on it appear to be causing the door not to shut properly. I there some place that I can take the door to and have it repaired or call them to come out and fix it?

Answer:

It sounds like the stove door gasket is out of place. You either need to glue it back in or replace it. Many stove shops can do this work. Also, you can try a local chimney sweep - they will come out to your home and do the job.

try http://www.csia.org/ to find a sweep.
