I went with stove chow cause I got a better deal, but wonder if the prestologs are better. I used cow 3 years ago and lasg 2 years used presto. Last year I felt the presto was more ashy than years past.

just curious what others would have done.

I have a harman xxv and run it at level 3ish at 72 degrees. We have 2500 sq. Ft and have 2 zones with heat pumps. Once the temps drop below 40 we strictly use stove. 3 tons lasts the whole winter.

both are decent shoulder pellets, but who really knows what this year's batch will really be?, it's all hit or miss...we will soon find out

I burned a ton & 1/2 last season and they were great! Just tonight I picked up 3 tons at our local Lowe's here in Newburgh, NY. I was surprised to see how many people were passing over the Timber, Green Team and North American and heading directly to the 22 pallets of Presto's!! I was lucky enough to have an employee friend who tipped me off that they had arrived :-)
