I messed up big time! Spent 2.5 hours trying to get the straw off a can of air out of the vent! Don’t ask how I did it lol! I cannot remove the pipe from the stove, everything is heavily siliconed. Will it be ok if I just let it in there?

Don,t see any reason not to leave it .
eventually it will melt.
It may get hot enough to catch fire, but it
is in a small enclosed pipe that, if the stove
is operating properly will not have any creosote to burn
 
Leave it. Unless you think it could melt and permanently seal a cleanout.

It’s out, finally got it, thank you all for your suggestions! While trying to vac It out again it literally fell down into the tiny clean out and I was able to grab it! Now I got a fire going on this cool night!
