Anyway...

...Why three parts...or is it four????

This is the thread where we can talk about ideas we have for gift giving this season and the next...

...Or maybe all year long???

Maybe helping someone who needs help...

Maybe just offering a kind word to one another...hey it's the holidays right????

How many other people out there reading this feel that great feeling of... giving????

Let's talk about it...or do something about it.

Don't know the feeling or need an example???

The world is simple through a childs eye's...why does the world have to make it so difficult???

Just something I thought of....

That I heard "around the hall":

As a member of FOE....Fraternal order of Eagles...

"It's all about the kids"...

Now Imagine you are BiPolar…

....It’s a very painfull emotional condition that leaves people helpless...in their own mind.

One minute you are full of boundless energy…

....The next minute you crash. You can’t find enough energy to even get out of bed sometimes.

The world can be a very cruel place to someone who is bi-polar…

When you have all that energy you have to release it… Be creative...Photography is my choice. Simple objects seen… in a different light. Might be a street sign...a tree or a calm spot next to the waters edge.

Unfortunately the world is not kind often times to someone with a bipolar condition…

They meet the person with the energy to do anything and that’s the person they want to get to know...they often times take and take and take....and it drains a bipolar person…

And then they crash…

They sit alone in the world and stare out a window… They can sit still in one spot for hours and hours… life passes you by “In what seems like the blink of an eye"…

Growing up....they would often times refer to this condition as ADHD....which if treated in time can save a person years of.... torment and abuse.

Some folks are fortunate....their family and friends support them and get them help.

....I had to walk alone into a clinic to get help...but felt someone was pushing me in that direction.

They claim it is heredaitary…

....Not something pleasant to want to pass on to children…

....Until I get help and my mind doesn’t… I have ruined a lot of chances at successfull relatioinships...with family, with friends....

A girl I knew from elementary school days would be playfull but would also taunt and torment me… but I was always taught “boys don’t hit girls”.... A fireman that came to our school told me to come over to the firehouse. And would talk to me about “you really shouldn’t pull a girl’s pony tail...she may get very angry with you”.

A bipolar person (speaking from my own personal experience) needs to always believe in the good in people to get them through their day.

Sometimes the world...very often times the world hits us hard. A simple thing can be devastating. A few unkind words can hit harder than a fist…
