Here's a view of my living room now that I've painted and moved out the old Franklin.
The stove I put in is a 2006 Quadra-fire 4300 Millennium that I had moved from the basement.
I just have to get the pipe hooked up and put the bricks back in.
I will eventually get new flooring and have windows on order!
I included a picture of what it used to look like.

I have a question. Given the hearth built behind the stove, what clearance do I need to give single wall stove pipe? There appears to be a gap behind the brick wall and then I see insulation of some type? I assume that on the other side of the insulation is the actual chimney itself.

Nice improvement. I think you are going to like that stove a lot.

Single-wall is 18" to the combustibles (not the brick). It's hard to say what is behind the wall unless perhaps you can verify by seeing the backside of the chimney? Visually it looks like you would be ok piping it like the Franklin was, but you will need to verify.
