Hey, I stepped on the scale the other day and I found out so far since November I lost over 10 pounds.
Normally over the Winter months I put on at least an extra 15 or so.
So I would like to introduce the new Wood Stove Plan.
First get yourself a wood stove that acts like a newborn (needs to be fed every few hours, and if you don't keep a close watch on it you are in for a stink)
Install it in a far corner of the basement (allot of cardio work running up and down the stairs every hour)
Then split the wood (use of maul is the more extreme workout) and is a great strength training
Stack the wood (bending exercises)
Haul the wood by hand, the more doors and flights of stairs you need to go through the better (build dexterity).
After your done grab a handful of pain killers and try not to move.
Hmmm.
I wonder if I could get some extra money by charging people to do the wood work.
Hey, you have to remember many people spend hours running on a treadmill.
