This old chimney - cracked tiles

Hi Everyone,

I just bought a house and had the chimney inspected. The sweep found three tile cracks in the chimney. These could be from age, chimney fire, etc. They look like hairline fractures, which I guess you would expect in a 100 year old chimney. How serious are these? Photos are attached.

The liners and their joints are shot you need a new liner.
