Hello
Using the Meater.com which is the most accurate wireless meat probe is the only way to go which automatically sets the target temp for these 2 - 5 lbs chickens at 165 Degs F. Also I found that care must be taken to tie up the legs and wings well and insert the meat probe in the Breast for a proper reading!
Then to set this grill for the proper 350 degree cooking temperature I warmed up the grill with the back long rotisserie burner on low and the 2 outer burners on low. If the 2 inner burners are on then the temperature gets up to 400 or 500 hundred which is not ideal. The total cook time came out to be about 1:10 mins then we turned the grill off and rested the chickens. MM good !!!

Looking good after a little basting??
At 165 Degs F internal breast meat temperature it is done to perfection!!

Definitely spend extra time making sure the legs and wings are tied up. First time I did a rotisserie they came loose in the middle, not fun trying to tie them back up once they are hot and juices dripping out!
