A book read...further study thru Amazon. ..
My sister bought it for me not knowing I had posted anything about ticks here. Just a really freaky coincidence.
I mentioned an island off the coast of CT where a testing lab was. I read an article in a magazine years ago about Lyme disease with interviews from people who were sick. It was in some medical journal.
So strangly...here it is..

The Island is called Plum Island and the laboratory is owned by the US government. Right now it is owned by the Department of Homeland Security.
It was a germ warfare animal testing laboratory.
It wasnt owned by the Germans, but a man named Erich Traub, a nazi germ warfare scientist who was smuggled into the US in 1949 and worked with US Army, CIA and FBI under classified Operation Paperclip, he was the founding father of Plum Island.
The book is very disturbing but not surprising.
According to declassified records.
That is the tip of the iceburg.

Hope your doing ok Sister.

I dont know how Im doing, in all honesty. But after reading all this creepy germ warfare crap Im getting paranoid. My brother in law (who I bully into cutting trees down for me) left work last fall to go get Lyme tested after he discovered a tick under his belt /stomach area. The whole area was dark purple and he had developed a rash that covered half of his stomach and it was red and raised up and very hard to the touch.
I accused him of being a hypochondriac but it was a really nasty bite. After I thumbed thru that book I told him to go get retested. And reading some of the other guys postings here.

Heres a new one:
ZEKA virus
Spread by mosquitos
A pandemic in Brazil with travel warnings to Caribbean. If you're thinking of getting pregnant or are pregnant, you might wanna stay home.
Or take a trip to Alaska instead.

Plum Island made Nelson DeMille a fortune for his fictional novel.

Just confirmed that it was transmitted by sexual activity in Dallas. Meet somebody that has been in South America, just say no. No jokes about mosquito sized anything...

And they always said bacteria would wipe out mankind.

Everything is bigger in Texas?
Well, if a virus is gonna spread, it will spread quicker thru sex than mosquito transmission even if the mosquitos are really big. ;)
Zika is a derailment, children being born with pinheads is old time circus stuff.
Plum Island is old news?
If its declassified? _g
The lab has left town for higher ground?

Nelson DeMille is a good author, I thought The Gold Coast was a great book.
I didnt know the name of Plum Island till my sister bought that book on Amazon(Lab 257) The Three Mile Island of man-made animal diseases. Thought Id share it, lol.....
