Possibly, they are a local farm that is purchasing it. The biggest problem is they are sort of a factory type/irrigated farm, so the land will be cleared to make fields wherever they can. Most of the forested parts will be gone. Anyway, I do not normally cut on that part of the farm. The 80 acres I normally cut on will not be sold. Although my trail from my home to that land crosses land that is being sold, so that might be a problem! HA!quads, have you discussed the possibility of cutting there when the new owners take over?

They sell for pulp what they can. The rest will be pushed in big piles and burned. They work pretty fast when they clear land, way faster then me, so I doubt if I could get any of it then. HA!Any idea what they're going to do with the wood with the land they clear? Maybe you can score some of that.
