I'm working with this Heat-N-Glow that I've replaced the pilot assembly and gas valve on. The issue with it has been it will run for 30 mins then you can hear the gas valve click and it shuts down completely pilot light and all. I watched as the fireplace burned and the pilot is steady on the thermocouple. There are no high temp limits on this fireplace. After it goes out I am able to light the pilot and start it again, after doing so it runs for approximately 15 mins before shutting down. If anyone has any thoughts I would appreciate it. I have reached out to tech support with little help.

I once had a similar problem with a gas stove. Ruled out the typical stuff like thermal couple, valve, venting... And what it ended up being was a short in the wiring for the blower. A small pinch in the wire exposed the conductor and was contacting the frame of the stove and causing the pilot to drop. This would happen after approximately 15 minutes when the fan heat switch would activate.

This one doesn't have a blower.

Is that a Vent free unit? If so, make sure that the ODS part of the pilot is clean. It could also be starving for air. Is it in a small room?
Try running it with the logs removed and see if that changes anything. You may be getting flame impingement on the logs.
