Lol, sounds like someone with some molds and a cement mixer, or they inherited a lawn and garden store... Though he might get lucky, I'm sure there are some people who bought a house w/ a pellet stove, or bought one outright and found they weren't cut out for the up keep. Perhaps that person also has a fondness for crappy lawn ornaments.
