My True North TN10 door doesn't close far enough to allow me to close the latch. I can see a gap between the door and the stove body where the latch is. The gasket appears ok. I think it's a hinge problem but not sure if there's an adjustment. Would appreciate any advice.

take some pics and post them so we can se what's happening. Do you have your manual? There may be something in it about adjusting the door.

I'll take pics tomorrow, manual has no adjustments. The hinges are welded to the frame and the door slips over the top. I think the door hinges will have to be bent with a crowbar. I'm nervous i'll break the hinge.

if they're welded like a lot of stoves and there are no adjustability to it, I'd be a little hesitant about prying it. Actually, don't pry on it.

When we get the pics, we can go from there!

Did this happen suddenly or over time? Has anything changed like a new door gasket on the stove?
