Two questions about my newly installed Tarm Pellet boiler

I have just installed a tarm pellet boiler. I am finding that the smoke temperature in the flue is lower than the manual recommends. I am also finding that there is moisture and smoke in the hopper. I am wondering what I should do to fix the problem. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
