I have a used USSC 6041, I got it last year and the motherboard was out. Got a new one and it worked great last year. This year I did a thorough cleaning, vacuumed every inch, took both fans off and cleaned, both sensors from the side and wiped down. Even blew it out with an air compressor (After the problem started). Now it will run anywhere from 30 minutes to a couple of hours and then give me Err2. One time it gave me Err2 and Err3. I can’t think of anything else to clean. Both clean out doors on bottom are closed

The only thing i can think of is to replace the door seal.

Take a dollar bill put it between door and stove close door try to pull bill out, should be some resistance. Do this all the way around door if you can pull bill out without much resistance at any spot then it is time for a new door seal.

  • E-2 (Ignition Failure/Cold Shutdown):
    • Cause: Failure to reach ignition temp within start-up time, often due to low pellets or a failed igniter.
    • Fix: Clean firepot, add a small handful of pellets, power cycle the stove (unplug/replug).
  • E-3 (Low Limit/Hopper Empty):
    • Cause: Hopper ran out of pellets or a low-limit sensor issue.
    • Fix: Refill hopper; check or replace low-limit snap disc if it persists.
Because both failures can be caused by the low limit switch, that is where I would start
Jump it, run the stove and see if all works good
