Does any one know what stove have UV blocking glass, or if I could modify mine?

You can call Schott Robax USA; Ask for Jennifer
They sell ceramic glass per your dimensions
I believe they have the UV glass available in the USA

Do you know what the standard glass is made of?

The UV glass is regular ceramic glass with a heat resistant reflecting UV coating on the inside (firebox) side of the glass.
So it is important to install it correctly!
It can be used in wood stoves because the temp in the firebox is relatively cold.
When the Temp becomes to high the UV reflecting coating burns off.

Thanks for the Info.

From what the manual said my stove has a Pyroceram Glass Door. From what I just read online, it allows for Microwave(pyroceram cookware) and UV(light) to pass though and blocks IR, maybe the film blocks more IR. Some my research on IR said that it is bad(high power laser) for you eyes. I wonder how much IR make it though pyroceram glass.

I have issues with my eyes kinda half way blind and spent some big bucks on getting fixed. I just to take care of them.

This glas keeps the IR-waves in (radiant heat).
The firebox gets hotter and as a result it burns cleaner.
I don't know about the UV. But I can understand your problem.
Time to time i get flashed when welding and looking into the arc. It's painful overnight. The next day it's most of the time back to normal.
I could imagine that you can find a piece of glass that blocks UV waves.
You can install it at the outside of the door.
Temperature should not be an issue, because it's only around 350-400F
Maybe check Pilkington Glass

Oh I know all about getting flashed I got it bad couple times when kid out in barn. It was just some much easior to see with out the hood. Woke up in the middle of night with puss cementing my eye lids shut, and my eye felt like rocks. I also was a boilermaker for about five years too. I can't say it was my passion but it was alot fun. I might but put on a cast door and call it good, but I do like to check the progress of the fire.
