I need to replace the damper gasket on VC Encore 1450 non-cat. First attempt didn't go so well. In trying to see if I could remove the damper to get access I broke the socket set adjuster bolt. In any event, had anyone experience with the Encore 1450 dampers as far as removing replacing adjusting and gasketing? After removing the flue collar it is still very difficult to access the gasket channel. Thanks all.
