My 1979 VC Resolute I has the drop down door, which I like to remove at times in order to use the stove as an open fireplace. This process would probably be much easier with the newer swing open double doors. Is the conversion kit (which converts the drop down door to the horizontal swinging double doors) still available. If so, from whom can it be purchased and for how much? Thanks.
The stainless steel hinge pins on my drop-down door have become loose from age and wear. Are new pins available?
