Anyone have any experience with this insert? How easy to get to the catalytic box for replacement? I have an opportunity to buy a used one fairly cheap. It will go into my masonary fireplace. Didnt want anything huge because this is the room that we spend about all our time in.....didn't want to be burning people out of the room.
