I am new here. We bought the home in 2021 and it has a Vigas boiler. The furnace itself is working correctly and burns beautiful and heats the water tanks effectively. We are currently experiencing extreme cold here in Maine. We woke up tonight with the temperatures in the house plummeting. The takes are holding appropriate heat but the thermostat isn’t kicking on to blow heat through the home. We have a secondary source of heat which is propane and uses the same system to push heat and that is blowing warm air just fine. We have looked through the manual to search for problem solving ideas, as well as you tube. Not sure if anyone has had this problem before. Please help. Any ideas welcome.

Are you using separate thermostats for each system?

Yes we have separate thermostats. Replaced the one for the boiler today. Checked to see if their was air bubbles. Looks like something isn’t talking to the pump… not sure why.

Picture of what the boiler?
Maybe your whole system. We're pretty in the dark here and there are untold numbers of control and piping schemes out there. Even then something like this might need eyes there and hands on to trace things out.
