We have had the stove 1 year and this year we are having a horrible time getting any sort of decent flame. I have made all the adjustments I can and still have had no success. Should I have the pellet setting on Premium pellets or regular? Also does anyone have any other suggestions as to how we can get a decent flame. The best flame we can get is just above the box and if I don't get this figured out we are going to freeze this winter. Thanks in advance for any help.
