Today we eat waffles mm mm mm ! My wife loves plain and I like fruit waffles. What do you like ? Maybe I will try them out and review them ;-)

We were watching food network one night and there was a waffle-throwdown with Bobby Flay. Wow did we get hungry.

I've got a sis-in-law who uses pecans in the mix. Those are pretty good.

Just plain waffles topped with pure maple syrup. Fantastic! Well, occasionally I do like them topped with fresh strawberries.
My wife gave me a big restaurant grade Belgian waffle maker for Christmas last year. I love that thing!
Unfortunately, it was about that time that I made a commitment to myself to lose about 55 pounds, so i haven't used it much.
I've got 10 pounds left until I reach my goal. I will cellebrate by letting myself make waffles every once in a while. I need to find a good recipe for whole grain waffles.

Waffles with homemade raspberry or strawberry syrup are delicious. We had them last Sunday. Today is french toast day, yum.
Peanut butter on one, strawberry jam on the other, pressed together for a breakfast sandwich.
