wall control thermostat and fuse??/

I get this on my screen, and I have a red blinking light in my control board. I had one wire for the igniter did touch the metal where the blower combustion rests.
One of the wires pealed and made a little hole in the metal silver part where the blower rest.

The fuse
Look at it --ends black, metal strip broken or disintegrated. any and all fuse is nfg.
Check it with an ohn meter
