Question:

Hi, We bought a cute Little Waterford Leprachaun wood burning stove from Northstar Energy in Middletown, New York in March of 1995. Our baffle plate has bowed down considerably making it increasingly difficult to fit anything but smaller pieces of wood into the stove. Any idea what went wrong and where we can find a replacement part? Thanks for any help you can provide. Lisa and Joe

Answer:

his can happen from a fire that is too hot. The baffle is an easily replaceable part, and can be ordered from your dealer, from Waterford Stoves (http://waterfordstoves.com)

The folks at Northstar should be able to help you out..say hello to Mark and Holly for me while you are there.
