Hi all, we purchased a OWF 4 years ago, and it has rusted through and leaking badly, we used all the anticorossion like they advised, when we contacted them about the problem, they refuse to do anythong about it, they won't even come look at it, We have been fighiting about this for year now, this furnace is supose to have a 10 year warranty, anyone else having these problems??

Who's the manufacturer?

Best of luck. As with most things in our current litigious society, it would probably cost more to hire a lawyer and get them to "snap to" than it would to replace the unit.
