Where is the blower on this insert?

We recently purchased a home in the foothills that was built in 1989. The insert is in wonderful shape but the blower is not working. Does anyone recognize the make of this insert? I was told that the manufacturer has gone out of business and the tech couldn't remember the maker. Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks

I'd like to be able to replace the blower but I may have to retrofit something.

Can the grille below the ashlip be removed? If so, that's the first place I'd check. Otherwise I would pull the insert. This might not be a bad idea and have the chimney cleaned then, especially if this is a slammer install with no liner.

Fabco is the maker. DOM late 80's. some were epa certified.... does the baffle have air holes(secondary supply holes)? or is it flat steel?

that model could be an insert, or a Zc fireplace. they made it both ways...

are you sure it ever had a blower??
if it did, and its not mounted below the ash lip, then jack hammer off the faux stone to remove the shroud... fun fun!

Have you had a fire in the insert...it may have a thermocouple on the fan
