I have to replace the igniter in a older whitfield insert tomorrow. Has anybody replaced one before? It has been awhile since Idid one. From what I remember I had to lift the unit up on blocks because the igniter slides out angled down and there isa hole in the bottom to let it slide all the way out. Does anybody have any advice on this job?
