Winslow pi40 blower turns off on low settings

Three years ownership and each year the heat exchange blower turns off at increasingly higher temps. It is designed to not turn on until the stove heats up. That temp is higher now, three or higher to turn on, and on a setting of one or two out of five the blower turns off as if the stone is cooling down. Any ideas? The place I bought it at they are clueless (or don't care)

Does it have a thermocouple or a snap switch for Proof of Fire? Sounds like it's going bad, or has a bad connection.

Proof of Fire snap switch could be going bad...changed mine once or twice its very easy to do.
Or they recommend cleaning that snap switch every so often,

Is it possible that after each year there is more buildup of ash acting as an insulator where ever the stove reads the temp for fan?

Or the snap disc is not sitting fully against the metal and distorting more each year? See if there is any gap at all behind the disc.

Thanks for that PDF manual Robert65 and all others that suggested the Proof Of Fire switch. I pulled and cleaned it and I thought my problem may have been resolved but came home today and found that not to be the case. I turned it down to 2 before leaving for work and today was a cold day, came home and pellets were burning away, the stove was hot, but the blower shut down. Turn it up to 3 and a few minutes later the blower kicks in. I think part of my problem is that I have a patio slider door 20 ft. away with a doggie door insert. A lot of the air that the stove draws in comes in through there and there is always a cold blanket of air 1 foot deep in my basement. Not a big deal and not even uncomfortable as it stays low and the stove draws it in...but I think it cools something down enough and the stove shuts down the blower on cold days. My last stove, turn it on and it was on. This 'wait for it to heat up before turning on the blower' feature, well, blows on this stove. Anyone know of a hack where I could just trip the blower to stay on?

The winslow has a low limit switch to act as a proof of fire but has a separate switch to control the operation of the convection blower. Its mounted near the convection blower. When it turns off from running at a lower heat level, you could jumper the switch wires together and if the convection blower comes on (like it should) then its the switch that is probably opening too soon or is not making contact, etc. Good luck with her.
