just sharing. first year burning for heat so we will see how far this gets me. ~4.5 cords of ash, maple, and black birch with a little oak and locust mixed in that was cut dead, all around 20%. the ends in the racks are 1.25 cord oak cut spring '12 that is still at 25-30%. if that is not ready by the time i need it i can bring in more ash from outside. the doors on the ends of the barn stay open unless its raining. i think it will be nice to have everything inside already a mere 20' form the boiler.
gotta add half cord more birch to the 15/16 stack to finish that out and then replenish the stack i just moved in for 16/17!
