On modern stoves there are square pipes that direct the air thru out the stove. They surely
get ash build up over 5-10 years. How do you get them cleaned out???
A vacuum wont pull all the crud out..I was thinking that some shots of compressed air
directed up thru the intake slots might work..????
What do you do????

If you're referring to the secondary supply tubes, no ash accumulates in them. They are under positive pressure. They would be more likely to fill with spider webs.
