Recently got a Pleasant Hearth WSL-1800-B woodstove. It seemed to be working properly for the first couple days. Now the flue damper seems to be jammed at least in partial open position. But even when getting control to move, it effects no change and I'm burning through too much wood. While cleaning out ash, I found a broken piece (approx 3 1/2" X 3" with a step) of firebrick thinner than brick lining the box. When moving it into the house it was necessary to turn the stove on its side... Some bricks became dislocated and were put back into place. I don't know where the broken piece came from and can't find diagrams to be able to find and fix the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
