I have the above sealed fireplace system with the catalytic converter. While I was having it cleaned before this season we noticed that the gasket around the catalytic converter had dried up and pretty much fallen out. I bought the new gasket thinking that I could find some paperwork or a video on how to replace it but I have been unable to do so. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

You wrap the cat with the flat gasket and secure it with masking tape. The tape will burn off later. Then you pack the pieces of ceramic wool into the space left at the ends of the cat.

It's in the manual.
